The Service department consists of 12 engaged members and we want you who wants to work with advanced industrial 3D-printers in an international environment of additive manufacturing to join our exciting journey.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling qualified technical issues regarding manufacturing and processing as well as being business oriented. Also, you are flexible and used to working independently.
In this role you will support our customers within the aerospace and orthopedic industries to take EBM technology with our customers into full production.
You will be dealing with customers with production installations requiring high levels of support commitments, so an attitude and commitment to resolve issues professionally and quickly will be required.
Core responsibilities
Handle installations of EBM machines and equipment at customer sites. Provide initial customer training on system use and technical support by phone or email for installed machines. Troubleshooting on site both on your own and with other team members. Usually you will be travelling 3 out of 5 weeks, mostly to customers in Europe. Solving technical issues and having satisfied customers is key for this position.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in mechanics or electronics or equal
• Experience in technical problem solving
• Excellent level of English both written and spoken
• Driver's license
