Titel: Field Service Engineer
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Due to business growth, an opportunity has arisen to join our Service team working in the Nordic countries.
You will be responsible for providing after sales and warranty service including installations, breakdowns, contract servicing, calibration and customer training for our wide range of servo-hydraulic and electro-mechanical products.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
You must hold a recognised qualification in Electronics (or equivalent experience) together with at least 5 years experience of field-based maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic instrumentation or other similar equipment down to component level. A full clean driving license is required.
Skills & Knowledge:
• Practical experience of working with mechanical and hydraulic systems or other control equipment
• A smart professional appearance and good customer handling skills
• Good working knowledge of computers and software systems
• Good fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in written form. Similar competence in Danish would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to solve problems, using own initiative
• Good organisational skills with a self motivated & flexible approach to work.
Location:
This post will be home based. You should live within a 1 hour drive of Copenhagen as you will be covering key customer sites in Denmark as well as Southern Sweden. Occasional back-up support to other Nordic territories will be required.
You will also be required to attend product training at our European Headquarters at High Wycombe in England.
