Dina arbetsuppgifterPurpose of the role:
To promote and increase sales by developing and managing relationships with existing key regional installation companies within a given territory, win new business from our competitors by building relationships with their key customers and also to provide support to customers and the branch network in order to meet the Company objectives in Sales, Profit and Service Quality.
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure regular contact with the Technical Support team - part of the technical team; involving them in tenders, site visits & quotations.
• Providing customers with the technical support etc.
• To achieve agreed set financial area targets on a monthly basis, to meet KPIs.
• To develop, maintain and improve standards of service to your customer base.
• To successfully resolve customer queries through liaising with other departments within ADI Global quickly and efficiently.
• To liaise with the internal technical support team and other departments within the Company, to ensure that each division's objectives are met.
• To maintain an excellent working relationship with other departments, Regional Business Managers and staff to support business development and retention.
• To ensure that all the administration, records and reports are completed to agreed requirements and deadlines.
Utbildning och erfarenhetBA/BS degree (relevant skills or equivalent experience).
• Very good IT knowledge, industry knowledge.
• Proven sales success (B2B).
Dina personliga egenskaper• Ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to the customers.
• Good understanding of how to manage installer's relationships to ensure a profitable collaboration.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, fluency in Swedish and English.
Qualifications (Desirable):
• Goal oriented and able to deliver on commitments.
• Creative and able to understand customer needs.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
• High drive and focused on creating results,
• PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and in-house Company systems or the ability to acquire such skills within a reasonable period of time.
