Areas of responsibility As a Field QualitySpecialist you will have the overall responsibility for most of the Alo Group Field Quality matters (TSQ-matters) that are reported from customers. We want you to be the active force who do follow ups and make reports and continuously work with the development of our TSQ-process. In your role you will have extensive contact with different functions, production units and sales entities within the Group. Most of the work will be in English. The position is placed in Umeå.
Qualifications
We are searching for someone with a university degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering). You have theoretical and practical knowledge from hydraulics and control system. Experience from work with customer support is a merit. You have good Swedish and English skills, both verbally and in writing.
You are a responsible individual with a professional approach. To be successful in this role it is essential to be customer focused and to have the ability to build strong relationships. You have a structured way of working and attention to detail.
