From now on, Falck Global Assistance AB will help out in the BtB segment. The Swedish business unit, Falck Global Assistance AB, is setting out on an exciting journey. Having traditionally focused on providing assistance services to the insurance industry, FGA Sweden is now committed to winning the BtB market and providing medical and security services to Swedish business travelers and expatriates worldwide.During 2016-2017, FGA SE will strengthen its brand and execute its growth strategy and establish itself on a growth trajectory.The Sales specialist will be the primary face of FGA in target BtB segments.

As Sales specialists, you will play key role in this journey. Your goal will be:

• To continuously strengthen our relationship to the target market

• To embed our brand as strategic partner and the natural choice for the target market

• To generate own leads and leads for others, and

• To nurture leads and close deals

To achieve these goals, you will typically:

• Gain an understanding of market needs and FGA capabilities and present solutions to the market

• Broadcast relevant content to target market to gain trust and build brand

• Generate effective calls to action

• Write tenders and negotiate

You will be the primary face of FGA SE towards the BtB market and spend a significant amount of time outside of the office. You will answer to the BtB Sales Manager.

Your qualifications are:

• A proven track record within B2B sales

• A passion for using social media and online tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Webinars etc) to nurture the market, create communities and capture business opportunity

• Ability to learn new complex products quickly

• Desire to work with a significant share of variable salary

• Being reliable, helpful, with high energy level and great attitude
Furthermore, FGA AB values applicants experience from insurance brokerage, management consulting, the assistance industry, company risk management, blogging and writing articles.
