We aim to be a trusted partner for the operations and business by providing qualitative financial support and actionable advice. In order for our stakeholders to reach their objectives and targets, we need to help connecting the operational performance with the financial results.
Purpose of Job Role
FA Lead & Centers of Excellences (CoE) primary tasks are to consolidate, coordinate and orchestrate the ways of working, driving Cost Control and cost governance for all GFs. This role will establish the Centers of Excellences (CoE) to enable stronger collaboration and leverage on our specific competencies, commonly needed for providing valuable insights and advice.
This position will be a part of the GFBF leadership team
Typical Interfaces
Internally the FA Lead & Centers of Excellences (CoE) interfaces with all BFGF managers, BCs, Regional Finance head and Regional/ BU/ R&D, Service delivery Business Finance managers, CFO offices and BU Controllers.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Secure adherence and compliance with reporting and analytics framework for delivery of management information to stakeholders.
Perform forward looking financial predictive modeling/scenarios and influence informed business decisions in the fiscal and contract period.
Ensure implementation of benchmark and performance indicator frameworks relevant for the unit, to drive and steer performance towards goals
Provide feedback on closing quality issues to accountable units and drive resolutions to ensure sustained quality improvements
Secure implementation of a comprehensive predefined first level analysis, supporting management reporting efficiency and effectiveness
Define requirements on the financial framework for Core Functions (within) and the e2e flow (between Core Functions):
a. Processes, including steering (e.g. capital & resource allocation)
b. Financial models
c. Measurements & objects
d. Instructions & Principles
Build relevant relationships across functional and organizational units to work on E2E perspective in terms of visibility/transparency and optimization, e.g. R&D, BUs, Supply, sourcing and BUGS PRS.
Support Cost Governance for all GFs

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
