Tjänstebeskrivning
We are seeking a professional to be part of the team responsible for ensuring compliance with Export Control sanctions, laws and regulations. The focus of this team is on understanding applicable laws and regulations and transforming them into actionable processes, tools and competencies across the company to effectively and efficiently secure compliance within our operations. The position will be located in Lund and report to the Export Control Director.
• Analysing business impact on operations of relevant Export Control sanctions, laws & regulations
• Translate laws & regulations into executable rules, directions and guidelines
• Lead and guide the Operations to understand and handle the impact of laws and regulations
• Support the Operations to be compliant by providing best practise application of capabilities
• Develop and improve capabilities to ensure effectiveness of execution
• Participate in risk assessments and perform analysis and implement corrective actions
• Identify and address knowledge gaps through training and knowledge sharing
Kvalifikationer
Required skills:
• More than 4 years from product business organization
Preferred skills:
• IT: e.g. cloud computing, digital technologies, internet of things, networks
• Finance: e.g. business administration, controlling
• Capabilities development
