hela Sverige We are now looking for an experienced Test Leader that will support our ambition to provide the best retail solution to our stores and customers. As a Test Leader within H&M you manage both the validation of quality in the technical solution as well as the quality assurance of the service itself.

As a Test Leader, you collaborate daily with key people within H&M; project managers, testers, requirement analysts, and architects in order to secure highest quality and delivery within time and cost. In your position, you will also be in direct contact with country resources to secure that they are prepared for the upcoming change. The solution is provided through external suppliers and you will work in close collaboration with them to drive improvement and quality in the delivered service.
To be successful in the role as Test Leader we see that you have the ability to communicate problems and solutions on a technical level while keeping the delivery together. You are good at taking own initiatives and can work without all routines and processes in place and are able to make accurate risk assessments.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Test Leader comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Test management and quality assurance of IT services (Service Validation) for retail solutions including software, hardware, infrastructure, processes and country rollout
• Be actively involved in the overall project activities and be able to take ownership where necessary, even though it may be outside your role's responsibility
• Creation of test plans, test strategies and test reports and other test-related deliverables
• Review of Requirement documentation, review and assess test results from test execution
• Manage test meetings, analyse defects and communicate test status
• Actively manage and support a group of testers
• Review of external suppliers' deliverables and way-of-working
• Perform lessons learned and create the necessary input for process improvements and way of working
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Minimum 5 years experience as a test manager/QA Lead
• Experience of acceptance and system integration testing
• Experience from working with quality assurance of external suppliers test process and strategies
• Experience in quality assurance of IT services (Service Validation) is meriting
• Experience in retail especially POS system is also a plus
• The role requires excellent communication skills in speech and writing in both English and Swedish
The work is located in Stockholm, Sweden and it is a full-time position. This role may require occasional travelling within Sweden and abroad depending on the project.
