Sweden operations are now looking for an experienced and business savvy Program Manager with a genuine interest in coaching leadership and expansion. In this role, you have the opportunity make an impact on the future of the business.
Project structure Uppsala expansion
Our environment is changing, and we need to change with it to be able to meet new demands in our future. We at Sweden Operations are very excited to plan an expansion of Fresenius Kabi's production in Uppsala by integrating a new manufacturing & laboratory building in adjacent to our plant in Fyrislund. These plans create a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of a brand-new Program Management Team. Expansion will be managed by the Program Management Team in close alignment with the Operations Sweden management and Fresenius Kabi Global Engineering team. Together we will be a part of creating Fresenius Kabi 's and Operation Sweden's future and have a great impact in the organization. The program will comprise several closely linked expansion projects, each managed by a dedicated project team. We are now searching for a strong leader to manage the Program Management Team. We believe that you act when others hesitate and is driven by creating change and appreciates to influence our future.
Program Manager is responsible for:
Leading the work in the program management team and managerial responsibility for the members in the program management team. Financial planning and reporting of the program and all projects in the scope of the program. Project metrics reporting and project finance management. Financial planning and result of the program including monthly reporting Program steering to optimize benefit realization of the program by prioritization of time, cost and quality of the projects within the program and reporting to the program steering team. Leading steering team meetings in the projects within the program. Planning and execution of Gate Reviews for the projects within the program. Leading project portfolio review meetings Reporting deviations, risks and challenges to the program steering team. Status reporting and alignment with Operations Sweden MT. Ensuring that the projects within the program follow the project process. Work environmental responsibility for the program and the projects within the program. Integration of the program with existing business and organization within Operations Sweden. Leading the work in line with caring for life.
This is achieved by:
Arranging regular steering team meetings of the projects within the program.
Regular project portfolio meetings to review status, progress and challenges, support the individual projects, to take decisions related to portfolio, take milestone decisions for individual projects and decide on scope changes within mandate of the program management team.
Budget planning and monthly closing of the program.
Regular meetings with direct reports.
Regular program management team meetings.
Regular meetings with Operations Sweden MT.
Super visioning of strategic technical decisions
End to End (E2E) project management
Delivery of successful operational start
Implementation of local and global SOP's
Mandate:
Approval rights in line with our SOP 213289
Approve changes to individual projects up to 6 months impact of pay-back for the program, up to 3 months on launch timeline and/or up to 10% impact on approved budget.
Competence:
You need to have a relevant university degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant leadership experience and skills. You also have a minimum of 5 years professional experience, preferably from pharma industry with good GMP knowledge and is certified as a project manager. Good language skills (English and preferably also Swedish) and good computer skills is required.
Among your personal qualities we will look for a decision taking leader with entrepreneurial competences and performs good planning. You are result oriented with a high degree of responsibility and possesses good communication- and conflict management skills.
