hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Jeppesen i Göteborg Our global HR team consists of about 55 professionals and the HR Business Partner (HRBP) works in the heart of the organization, clearly drives business results and ensures the provision of first class HR advice and support. In conjunction with the global HR team the HRBP participates in the linking of regional and global human resources imperatives with business imperatives. The HR team is the advocate of all employees and executes strategy ensuring a positive employee experience. The HRBP focuses on the alignment of business unit needs and organizational needs while ensuring consistent people practices across Sweden and globally.
This HRBP role is located in Gothenburg together with the Swedish HR team and will cooperate closely with the global HR team. This role acts locally with a global mindset, being focused on a segment of the business unit while taking into consideration the larger business unit organizational needs to ensure consistent human resources practices. The HRBP serves as subject matter expert to management both on a operational and strategic level and will be involved in a vide range of operational HR tasks within the business unit.
Represents HR perspective and provides broad HR support to managers and leadership teams to build people management capability through proactive identification and application of HR solutions that support business objectives. Influences management decision-making to ensure business success through people and processes.
Coaches managers and teams in the use of the relevant HR tools for ensuring high performance, encourage the development of a culture of continuous improvement and techniques to achieve leadership excellence.
Partners with business to execute workforce strategy for short- and long-term organizational objectives.
Investigates complex and unique employee issues and ensures appropriate disposition. Recommends methods to minimize or prevent future issues.
Supports the delivery of HR elements and act as change agent of business changes in line with best practice, ensuring effective organizational and cultural change.
Contributes to organizational business plans, vision, mission, goals and business objectives. Understands business challenges, and influences strategies and initiatives owned by the organization.
Ensure full compliance with all internal and statutory requirements. Supports the implementation of fair and ethical work practices to optimise employee engagement and well-being.

Knowledge and Experience and Personality
• We are looking for a senior HR professional with at least 10 years? qualified HR experience and at least a few years within a complex and international organization. It?s of great advantage with experience from the IT or Engineering sector
• Higher education degree in a related field of study
• Experience of working and negotiating with Trade Unions
• Thorough understanding in Swedish labor law
• Fluent in English
• Highly developed business partnering skills
• Socially curious with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, drives for results and finds a way to get things done both on operational and strategic level
• Needs to enjoy teamwork, collaboration and coaching
