We are now looking for an HR Manager/Chief People Officer to head up the People team that supports all our offices/countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Germany, Singapore). This position is based at Mynewsdesk Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
Job Description
As an HR Manager/Chief People Officer you will work with HR both on a strategic and operational level. You are responsible for HR globally together with a team of competent coworkers (currently 1 HR admin, 1 Employer Branding/Recruitment, 1 process owner/ HR support, 1 Internal Communication, 1 Office Management and 1 part time consultant for the German organization). You are leading the work and development of the HR department and are coaching/supporting managers globally in all HR-related issues. We want to find an HR Manager that will ensure that Mynewsdesk attracts, hires and retains the very best sales stars, talented developers and other key competences to keep drive our international growth.
We have a great organization of 170 employees to build on, but we are a fast moving and ever changing organization that will continue to develop new structures, processes and culture-building initiatives.
The team that you will be heading are globally responsible for
Employer Branding
Performance Management
Recruitment
Overall company onboarding
HR admin processes
Supporting managers in all HR-related situations/issues incl labour law
Compensation/Salary Review benefits incl managing external payroll agencies
Measuring and following up on employee engagement and leadership index
Internal Communication
Office Management (incl employee event management) for our Headquarters in Stockholm
You are a member of the Global Management Team and budget responsible for HR
Who are you?
As a person you are committed, driven and result oriented. You will easily balance different strategic initiatives to make things happen. You have a degree in HR or equivalent and a minimum of 5-10 years experience of broad qualified HR work in modern, digitally oriented company. You have most probably experience from leading a team of talented HR-professionals in a previous position. Furthermore, you have good interpersonal skills, are outgoing and deliver high quality. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and cultural match.
Your office will be at the Headquarters in Stockholm.
