What you'll do

In the role as Executive Assistant, you will play an important role in our Chief Marketing Officers, June Solbekk, daily life. You will be key in coordinating day-to-day operations and be helpful in administrative tasks as well as planning of meetings and events. You will provide high level support and you will be a key enabler for June to focus on her most important areas, such as strategy, leadership, and results.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Prepare management meetings
* Write protocols
* Follow-up on decisions and projects
* Travel expense administration
* Meeting arrangements
* Social media updates and other communication
* Material production (PowerPoint, etc.)

Who are you

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a big passion for service and business. You have excellent administrative and organizational skills, and you are a strong communicator as well as you have a great acumen in prioritizations, time management and workload. It is meritorious if you have relevant education and previous experience from working in similar role and in close dialogue with people at senior management level.

Further, we believe that you have:
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Strong attention to details
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* High levels of discretion, integrity and professionalism are essential
