hela Sverige We are looking for an Events Marketing Manager, who will be fully dedicated marketing manager, working with client 's Nordic Event Programs and Events Marketing operations, shaping the future of Google Cloud and being part of an entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing business.

The company is in the market for more than 20 years with a worldwide presence. It is considered one of the Big Five companies in the American information technology industry.
Role Description:
As a Programs and Events Marketing Manager, you will be driving Google Cloud awareness, new business acquisition, customer development and user community programs. You are a passionate and results-driven individual with experience in a software or other high-tech cloud B2B organization.
This role will involve developing and executing on a Nordic event strategy to drive interest in Google Cloud and actively working with a direct sales team on scalable enterprise and digital natives ' programs and campaigns across multiple segments and channels.
Responsibilities:
* Strategize, execute, rollout and optimize new customer acquisition campaigns and programs aligned to horizontal and vertical solutions including events, outbound campaigns, external trade shows and customer stories.
* Strategize, execute, rollout and optimize campaigns to drive customer retention, product engagement, and retention including customer conferences, seminars, education, and engagement tactics.
* Coordinate and support small to major events in the region. Event format can be both third party events and Google events,
* Look for and recommend opportunities to place spokespeople at relevant events across the Nordic region to drive Google Cloud awareness and leads
* Recommend/Implement named events within the overall events strategy for the region
* Coordinate external agencies for event creative adaptation and brand compliance for event marketing communications
* Develop/adapt post event communications based on prospect exposure and requirements.
* Required travel to events outside work location and management of the offsite event
* Work closely with the sales teams and Demand Management team to drive opportunity and business growth.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree or equivalent practical experience
* Experience in B2B technology marketing or field marketing
* Ability to speak and write in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages fluently and idiomatically
* Experience from planning and delivering digital and physical events
* Strong leadership skills including stakeholder management in a matrix organization
* Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects
* Great attention to detail
* Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
* Hands-on Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation tools (Marketo) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
