If you are an enthusiastic person with customer focus and strong problem solving skills we can offer you the opportunity to be a part of team developing new added value services and work with interesting and customer related projects. With your expertise in quality assurance and the cold chain in general you will offer technical support and give recommendations to international customers and partners. You will improve both current and future cold chain setups with the aim of boosting growth and improving the business performance of both Envirotainer and partners.
The Cold Chain Expert is a part of the Cold Chain Services Department with its expertise and drive on technical support and cold chain optimization. Its scope of actions will be EMEA for the technical support and worldwide for the optimization through various interactions with the local Cold Chain Services organization or Regional Sales Manager team.
Job Responsibilities
The Cold Chain Specialist main tasks are:
• Provide technical support on our active solutions to our internal (ex. Region Sales Managers, Project Managers) and external (shipper, forwarder and airlines) stakeholders.
• Help design and implement new services related to the support of a reliable pharma supply chain.
• Perform data analysis on Envirotainer's shipment (from downloads or telemetry data) and identify issues or optimization areas.
• Act proactively as a problem solver towards Envirotainer's customers to support and optimize their pharma supply chain
• Help define and create specific reports to Envirotainer's customers in order to add value to their supply chain solutions and to build a competitive advantage against our competitors.
Credentials & Experience
• Master of science, preferably in Engineering or Quality Assurance and Regulatory.
• Strong experience (3 to 5 years) in the following fields; Pharmaceutical industry (ex. GDPs or Quality Assurance) and/or supply chain for temperature sensitive products with a focus on packaging and compliance requirements.
• Good skills in data analytics is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing), and good Swedish.
