JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for 9 organized, team-oriented project employees who are interested in taking part in a 2 weeks paid research project at Potentialpark in Stockholm, for the period of October 31st - November 11th.
This project is part of our annual studies about career websites, online application forms and the mutual communication between employers and job seekers on social networks and mobile devices. We help top employers to create a better understanding of job seekers' preferences and expectations in order to improve companies? communication with their target groups.
You will be part of an exciting team experience, working together with people of around 15 different nationalities and gain valuable insights into online recruitment and employer branding.
On top of that, you will get the chance to learn more about our company and get to know us better. Who knows, this might be the start of a brand new career!
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role, you:
Can work full-time every day from October 31th - November 11th at our office in Stockholm
Are a university student or have already obtained a university degree
Are an English-speaker on an advanced level, Swedish is not required
Have the ability to perform under high stress and pressure and deliver on time
Are full of energy
Have an eye for details
Are curious and have the ability to learn new things quickly
Are organized and able to track tasks
Have computer skills
ABOUT THE PROJECT EMPLOYMENT- PRACTICALITIES
Starting date: 31st October 2016
Finish date: 11th November 2016
This 2 weeks project consists out of 3 parts:
A training week with 3 mandatory training sessions in advance
Week 1 (from October 31st - November 4th): The whole Potentialpark team and you will work from 8.00 - 21.00 at our office in Stockholm. During this week, you won?t need to worry about your meals, as breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided by Potentialpark.
Week 2 (from November 7th-November 11th): Our schedule will be back to normal, with working hours from 9.00 ? 18.00, including 1 hour lunch break.
We like to celebrate our small and big successes and we will organize a team event in the end of the first week, that we would like you to take part in.
