Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
In this challenging role you are responsible for delivering solid management of all required engineering activities to support the local Site Leadership Team and Regional Engineering Organization. Furthermore you shall provide local leadership for the Technology Platforms and Center of Excellence in Site Helsingborg as well as managing overall capital forecasting and developing, driving and consolidating Site Master Plans. Lead the governance structure for CAPEX and major projects at the site, which includes defining, planning and implementing CAPEX projects (cost improvement, capacity, compliance etc). Make detailed plans to accomplish goals and support daily business requirements to secure supply reliability of local plant. Report to the Regional Director EMEA Global Make Engineering and have a dotted line to the Site leader. Responsible for a direct organization and for managing performance and development of direct reports. The role is part of a regional (EMEA) organization and for the right candidate there will be development opportunities outside Sweden.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Approximately 10 - 15 years of experience from a leading role within the manufacturing industry, ideally from pharmaceutical (or other FDA regulated environment) but other relevant industry background could be process-industry, automotive (or sub-supplier automotive), food- or beverage industry, packaging or similar. Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in Engineering or other relevant area is required. Solid engineering/technical knowledge in and experience from all supply chain areas (design - plan - source - make - deliver). Experience from establishing a high performance and continuous improvement culture driven by key performance metrics, benchmarking and sharing of best practices. Strong and proven leadership capabilities including talent development Experience of working with different cultures than one's own. Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must, knowledge of Swedish/Scandinavian is a strong plus Personality Ability to focus strategically while maintaining a tactical/operational focus. Comfortable with complexity: make complex issues easy for others to understand Leadership skills; demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate others
