YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
You have a master's in computer science or similar. You also have management experience, plus experience from software development and usability engineering. You're an open-minded, cooperative person - a leader who can make people feel enthusiastic about their work. You're sufficiently knowledgeable about software development in order to get a clear picture of the work the group is doing. You're full of enthusiasm and comfortable taking responsibility.

THE SYSTEM APPLICATIONS UNIT
Within Axis, our team is responsible for creating Windows applications that build system solutions based on Axis network cameras, video servers and print servers. Our goals are to strengthen the Axis application products offering and also to provide development tools to our development partners.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We develop and maintain Windows applications used with Axis network video products. We are the center of competence for usability and GUI design and also aim to have first-rate knowledge about the video surveillance market and competitors' solutions. To continue strengthening our applications offering, we're expanding the application development team with roles on all levels. We want you to be our team manager, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Coaching of personnel
• Recruitment
• Goal-setting & performance reviews
• Resource allocation planning
• Running the day-to-day operations
• Seeing that tasks, goals and vision are fulfilled
• Budgeting
