Are you the passionate Employer Brand and Events' specialist who would love to increase Nordnet's footprint in the Fintech world? We look for a person who can run our Employer Brand events and create extra PR-magic in social media. Do you want to join us and build the new Nordnet?
You will become part of an exciting journey of re-disrupting the financial industry. Your role is very important, as you will be the node in the middle of Tech, Communications and HR in order to strike the perfect balance between right EB activities and Tech talent needs, all in sync with our communication of the Nordnet Brand.
Your organizational home will be in Human Capital and Communications, but in Nordnet we work across teams all the time so you will get a fantastic opportunity to learn know many different parts of our company.
Who you are
We believe that you have previous experience from a modern and digital Employer Brand and Events' role in a fast growing business environment. You are very organized when it comes to running projects and delivering events, and at the same time you have an energetic and creative mindset. You easily produce content for all kinds of social media and longer texts for blogposts or web page articles. You are an open-minded and positive self-starter with a can-do attitude.
You have strong organizing skills and communicate effectively. You can deliver high profile events for a large audience, keeping attention to the overall picture as well as on the details.
To have experience from the financial industry is not a necessity but an interest for savings and investments is key. In order to excel on the job you have a robust understanding of the Tech-part of a business and any experience of the fintech industry is an advantage. You effortlessly master LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and other social media. Fluency in English and Swedish is mandatory for the role, both when it comes to writing and speaking.
Your tasks
In this role you will be responsible for all Nordic Employer branding events in terms of planning, executing and following up. You will run all Tech PR-work in terms of ensuring Nordnet is visible on the right arenas to promote our fintech company profile. You will constantly ensure a brilliant social media presence in the channels where we reach out to new talents who want to build the new Nordnet together with us.
You will coordinate a lot between different parts of our business and cross Nordic countries. You will become part of a fantastic team who works closely together and in time you will be have the opportunity to expand into other areas of Communication, HR and Tech as well.
