EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGER

Jobdescription
As an Employee relations manager you’ll be working with a diversity of questions. You’ll be working independently but with great support from the rest of the HR- department.
You’ll have the following responsibilities:
• Working with management on Employee Relations issues and advices and guides management to legally compliant results
• Make sure that Management and Employees have a quality and consistent Employee Relations HR service that contributes to the business strategy and is legally compliant
• Experienced in Disciplinary and Grievance resolutions, advising and guiding management on the procedure and managing the procedures
• Handling Employment Tribunals
• Keeping the organization informed of any changes in advance of the change and update the HR Policies
• Updating the Terms and Conditions of Employment;
• Rolling out new Employment Law Policies to the HR Department and colleagues to the business
• Collective bargaining, negotiating and Health and Safety/ Employee Wellbeing
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• More than 5 years experience with employee relations management or equivalent experience
• Excellent Employment Law Knowledge
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Excellent communication & influencing skills
• Analytical skills – ability to identify, define and problem solve
It’s an advantage if you have prior experience from working at an international company where English is the corporate language.
For this position it’s important for you to be analytic, responsive, and have good leadership- skills.

You will work in the Nordic and Baltic organization based in Stockholm, Sweden.
