Looking for eCommerce support & sales coordinator to customer in Kista!

The eCommerce support & sales coordinator is part of the Nordic eCommerce team and has a key role in securing a qualitative ecommerce fulfilment and customer support in the Nordics. Main responsibility is to be the key contact point to the call center; securing orders are completed as desired, both from customer and business process perspective.

Key Accountabilities

• Main contact for call center enquiries, act as their intermediary to all involved internal stakeholders as well as external partners (customer service, logistics, finance, legal and vendors within these areas).

• Work pro-actively in identifying problems related to order fulfilment and pinpoint appropriate solution.

• Responsible to secure that identified solutions are executed, by closely following up and liaise with involved parties.

• Support administrative tasks and coordination of activities within ecommerce business, related to both customer support, operations, product management, content creation and budget.

This is a consultant job. You will work in Kista with our customer and get an employment at Manpower. The work is expected to start immediately and will last for 1 year. You will work fulltime, 8-17 Monday to Friday.

Who are you?

We are looking for a person who has experience of working in a coordinating role in within a larger company and from working in a customer support role/coordination role is meriting. It would be preferably if you earlier have worked working hands-on in business systems related to customer service, order management and/or an ERP system is highly meritorious. You have a University degree or equivalent relevant work experience. You also have strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

As a person you are service minded with a positive mindset. You are a quick learner and find it easy to understand how business processes interrelate. You have the ability to easily identify the core cause to a problem or situation and following up with a suitable solution. You like to take clear ownership; follow queries from start to finish and you are comfortable working independently as well as in teams.
