hela Sverige At Vattenfall electrification of the transport sector is one of the most important strategic goals for Sweden and the Nordics in order to achieve set targets on climate and sustainability.
As of January 1st a new market oriented unit has been created with total responsibility for the E-mobility business in the Nordics. The unit has a market and sales function which focuses on B2B customers, both commercial actors and municipalities that have need for charging solutions. We see the largest growth in sales within the customer segment real estate, infrastructure and municipality driven and owned organizations.
Our ambition is to increase our sales within the Swedish E-mobility market and we see an increasing demand, therefore we need to strengthen the unit with a Senior sales manager.
As a Senior sales manager you will
be a part of the existing sales and marketing team and perform consultative/ technical sales within prioritized B2B customer segments. You will be responsible for handling prospects and business opportunities.
The position includes the following task:
• Make quotes and sell more complex charging solutions for both electrical cars and buses.
• Perform new customer sales according to prospect plan, in many cases these customer meetings will require travel.
• Perform upsells and act as customer support to existing customers according to customer plans.
• Give customers advise on choice of charging solution.
• Perform active sales follow-up and information/ experience exchange, and contribute to the development of the sales and marketing team.
• Develop partnership with suppliers and the automotive industry.
Skills and qualifications
We are looking for a Senior sales manager who
• Has an academic degree or equivalent level of education, preferably in engineering.
• Has experience in sales and within business development
• Has experience is making strategic and tactical sales plans
• Has good know-how in deliveries including multiple parameters (e.g. hardware and service), preferably within IT/ electronics and energy/ electrical installation and/ or digitalization
• Has at least 5 years work life experience in sales or as consultant in similar assignments
• Preferably has experience from similar assignments within Vattenfall and good knowledge about Vattenfall and its organization
• Preferably has experience from similar assignments in the electrical installation business or construction/real estate business
• Has a driving license

As a solution- and performance oriented person you have the ability to combine creativity with structure and are triggered by results and deadlines. You engage yourself easily, are business driven, development oriented and entrepreneurial.
You will work at our office in Solna, Sweden next to the new Mall of Scandinavia.
