Klarna?s Service Center is currently looking to hire an e-learning specialist. In this job you would be responsible for developing, both creatively and technically, the education material for the customer service personel. This includes learning the continuously new material yourself, identify the key take aways, and conduct a training-program online that is feasible for our global audience. You will also act as a support function to our training team and their use of e-learning.

Who you are...
You are pedagogical and down to the point. You have excellent English communication skills, and have probably already identified spelling mistakes and content improvements for this ad. You have a great interest and experience from work or hobbies within online content, programming and especially adobe programs such as Adobe captivate or similar. You strive to create material that captures the audience and develops them.
