Last year we increased both order intake and the team of Teleoptimists (that's what we call ourselves) by more than 20%. Today we are 200 colleagues, representing many cultures, located in 18 offices around the globe.
Now we are on the lookout for yet another star to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. Your mission will be to develop and deliver effective learning solutions for Teleopti employees, partners and customers across the globe to speed up the introduction to Teleopti product and working methods. This role collaborates closely with subject matter experts and other learning specialists to develop learning materials and deliver learning that support enhanced job performance and increased productivity. This is a highly autonomous role, with the freedom to develop and implement your ideas as part of an innovative and collaborative team. Now is an excellent time to join and make your mark!
How about the job?
You will:
• Select and implement a quality assured LMS aligned to Teleopti's size and needs
• Develop a "Blended Learning" strategy
• Design and develop high quality training content for technical and non-technical learning programs (video productions, online tutorials etc)
• Leverage rapid, agile development techniques and processes to create content for a rapidly changing environment
• Lead process improvement efforts and evangelize e-learning within the company
How about you?You have:
• 4 or more years of experience in a curriculum development role or similar
• Experience from project management
• An undergraduate degree in communication, education, design, or related field (or a technical field).
• Familiarity with online learning, learning technology, instructional, graphic, and/or web design or development skills.
• A strong drive and are goal oriented
• Excellent communication skills in English (and Swedish)
Any experience from the software industry is advantageous
