As Nordic E-Commerce manger you will be responsible for activating customers both online and on-site, driving sales through product promotions and building a digital solution. You will work together with stores and sales teams, marketing and category management in order to identify opportunities for value creation and drive traffic. You will engage personally with customers, in order to build an understanding of their needs.
In this role the main tasks and responsibilities are as follows:
• Work closely with the Marketing and Category management to develop and execute a long term strategy to maximize sales and profitability.
• Support the creation of an unrivalled online customer experience which showcases our product and services. Driving constant innovation and evolution.
• You will be coordinating in-store events and activation, together with stores, internal and external specialists.
• Create supporting material to drive activation of products and online usage.
• Analyze trading and use age patterns by customer group and understand the sales curve, reporting findings and identifying opportunities to maximize online sales and profitability
• Constantly keep up to date about competing solutions in the Nordic market
• Work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure that the product/range/trading strategies are supported by the digital marketing strategy
Job requirements/Candidate profile
• Desired technical skills: CSS, Photoshop, HTML and CMS
• Digital Trading techniques: Product presentations, Campaigns, A/B Split Testing, Product Catalogues and e-mail marketing
• Marketing - experience of activity planning which integrates with an overall market plan
• Experience of Cross functional working and project management
• Gathering and analyzing data, building reports
• Engaging written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory, Danish is an advantage
To be successful in this position you are an analytical person with openness for changes and new ideas. You have the ability to set the right directions and to drive important decisions in a big organization. To get your way through, you need to be enlightening but also convincing.
