We are looking for an energetic and fast learning HR student who wants to get an insight of the practical work in an HR department.
In our Stockholm office, we are about 300 employees and we are continually growing. As our HR Assistant, you will be part of our effective and positive HR team containing of 6 colleagues.
The role and responsibilities
Your work will mainly be within recruitment and HR related administration, such as
• Help the HR department with various administration
• Recruitment administration, e.g write job ads, screen applications, manage tests and schedule interviews
• Be responsible for student applications
• Prepare and represent Tobii at employer branding events
• Manage and archive agreements
To fit this role, we believe you study HR and have at least 1 year of studies left. You want to work approximately 2 days a week and are relatively flexible. You don't need previous experience from HR work, but you have worked with service and/or administration before.
