The Financial Planning and Analysis team (FP&A) is responsible for providing decision support to management by analyzing company performance, evaluating business opportunities and developing models for financial and operational planning and forecasting. The team consists of analysts and controllers with different areas of expertise. However, they of course have one thing in common - they are all smart, driven and brilliant people.
As Division Controller you will support Klarna?s divisions in taking the right decisions and allocating our resources to where they generate the most business value. Through a close relationship with division heads, you are a trusted advisor and provide analysis of business challenges, opportunities and projects. You also maintain an efficient flow in key financial processes such as business planning, budgeting and follow-up. The role is vital in enabling the divisions to steer towards their operational and financial targets.
You also maintain a close relationship with your colleagues within the FP&A team. As a team, you continuously improve our common processes, systems and communication in support of the company growth. You are also expected to run development projects independently. You report to the head of FP&A within the Finance division and are a part of a talented team of controllers and analysts.
A successful candidate likely has up to 3 years of experience within business/financial analysis/control and is eager to step up to a new challenge. A degree in business, finance or engineering is required. You have excellent skills in MS Office, Excel in particular, and likely experience of using well-known ERP systems such as Cognos, SAP, SAS or similar. That you are fluent in oral and written English is a given.

You are motivated by continuous improvement and able to driving projects and initiatives independently. You are a team player, have good communication skills and dare to stand your ground while at the same time maintaining flexibility. You get energy from contributing and helping your team deliver on time.
