Job Summary
Are you looking for a highly visible position supporting an organisation with a clear impact on our long-term strategy?
We are looking for a transformation leader with strong people management skills, business acumen and able to operate in a complex matrix organization. The Transformation, Process, Tool and Capability director is a key role to support on the strategy execution for Liquid Food Solutions, securing efficiency on the operations, development capabilities cross organizations and drive the changes needed to shape the future of LFS. A key focus will be to support Liquid Foods on achieving our ambition on growth and profitability.
The location for the position is flexible but preferably within Europe due to time zone constraints. The position will report to the Vice President Processing Liquid Food Solutions.
What you will do
Orchestrate the transformation agenda for Liquid Food Solutions to optimize the value creation towards our Strategy 2030 ambitions and drive strategic transformation projects within Liquid Food Solutions
Define key transformative initiatives and coordinate change management activities across Liquid Food Solutions, PSE and/or other units as needed, driving changes to the ways of working in line with strategy and transformation priorities.
Lead the agile transformation and continuous improvement activities in Liquid Food Solutions ensuring results to increase efficiency and productivity, supporting on the implementation of WCM methodology.
Be part of the Liquid Food Solutions Leadership Team supporting on the strategy execution and on achieving our ambition on growth and profitability
As part of Strategic Workforce Planning, define critical competencies and skills for the workforce in scope and drive initiatives to address critical gaps E2E
Drive the Liquid Food Solutions E2E capabilities development internally and with relevant stakeholders (e.g.: Services, Market Operations, Learning team), including definition of capability roadmap
Coordinate creation and follow-up of Liquid Food Solutions process, tools and continuous improvements roadmap.
Lead a team of experts within Master Data, Export control, Governance Risk & Compliance, Business Experts, capability development, Process & Tools and Business transformation
We believe you have
You possess a university background within business management, engineering or similar and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading global transformation programs/projects. You have experience in TPM/WCM and knowledge with agile methodology is a plus.
The successful candidate has strong people management skills and former experience as a people leader.
Excellent command of English, both written and oral is required.
As a person, you are passionate about people and change and have a high level of commitment. You have demonstrated excellent communication skills and have a proven ability to manage internal and external relationships. You have a strong drive for results with hands on experience of executing changes in a global environment. It comes natural to you to deal with ambiguity & continuous change in terms of work scope and challenges identified, inspire others and drive changes.
You are used to work across boundaries in a global organization and have the ability to think strategically and operationally while supporting the organization to achieve long term ambitions.
