We are looking to fill the position as our new Director Svea Solar Park. This role will include complete sales and P&L responsibility within the segment. Overall responsible for the performance and development of the utility segment (solar parks) on a global level.
The overall areas you will look over and develop on a high level are:
• Setting a scalable company structure for long-term ownership in the plants and a recurring revenue
• Implement a process for identifying and evaluating potential projects in Sweden and internationally
• Building up the operations department to construct and operate large-scale projects
• Lead and develop a high performing team
• Setting in place a financing model, both on a project basis and long-term capital for ownership in the SPVs
This means that the role can be considered as the CEO of the subsidiary "Svea Solar large-scale solar", hence with a high degree of independently running and operating the business within the segment. The expectations on the performance and development is very high with a growth rate of around 100% from year-to-year for the upcoming 5 years.
Who are you?
Svea Solar has been operating on the Swedish market for large-scale solar since 2017 and has a team with experienced and highly competent people, ready to expand its operations internationally. The company now need to find the right leader for this team to make this journey.

• University Master's Degree
• +5 years from formal management with excellent reviews
• Fluency in English is a requirement

Svea Solar is one of the leading actors on the solar market in Europe, with a vision "to become the world's most powerful solution to sustainable living". In 2019 the company was rewarded the DI Gasell price, as the fastest growing company in Sweden. Revenues in 2019 was around 50mEUR and is budgeted to around 100mEUR in 2020. The company has in total around 400 employees across 5 markets in Europe.
The solar market is a quickly growing market with great outlook. Svea Solar offers a complete eco-system of products to serve the energy need for its customers, including solar panels, batteries, EV-chargers and energy contracts. All products are connected and easily monitored and managed through the Svea-app.
2019 was the year when Svea Solar expanded its operations internationally, with a focus on Europe. Today, the company has business in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Spain with local offices and employees in all countries.
