WHAT WILL YOU DO?

In this role your main responsibility will be to develop and drive Axis' global sales strategy with the focus on the energy-, water-, oil & gas- and telecommunications sectors.

In your role you will lead the daily work in a virtual team, consisting of sales, product/solution management and marketing. You should be and act as a subject matter expert towards internal and external stakeholders and support the sales regions with education, sales tools, pre-sales support and feeding back information from the market and the regions to the central functions.

Another key area in this role is to actively seek new business opportunities, partnerships and new product- and solution concepts and drive the sales implementation through pilots and project roll-out support.

You will be part of the Global Sales organization, in a team of peers with a global responsibility for other business verticals, and will actively contribute to the team's exchange of information and strategy development.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have a long experience from physical security, perimeter protection, process monitoring and/or health and safety in the Energy or Utilities sector. We also believe that you have several years of experience from the sales field, and has had a leading position within sales and/or product management.

You are a true team player with an excellent ability to lead and interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures. We expect you to have a good holistic view, are well structured and able to explain complex matters in an easy way.

In order to thrive in the position we believe that you are passionate about what you do and that you are proactive and independent in thoughts and actions.

In this position, regular travel is expected both to Axis' headquarters in Lund as well as to the sales regions.
