Your role
The Digital Transformation Lead drives innovation and business-led digital transformation across Saab Surveillance. You will develop and implement methods, blueprints, and best practices to accelerate digitalization and new ways of working.
By leading cross-functional teams and enabling strategic alignment, you ensure scalable and value-driven transformation. Your role includes driving proof of concepts, facilitating innovation, and establishing effective collaboration models to enhance digital execution across the organisation.
The role will be part of Surveillance new Digital Transformation office, a forward-leaning central team at the COO Office. Working closely with colleagues in our various business units, as well as with experts in AI, Data, Change Management, and other key areas. The role will collaborate with transformation partners (internal and external) and leverage both Saab Business Area IT and Corporate IT digitalization capabilities to advance digitalization opportunities and push our transformation initiatives forward.
Your profile
The person we are looking for, also hold effective collaboration, relationship-building skills and strong in emotional intelligence. We also see that you are a structured and systematic person. We believe that you motivate and engage others, with your communication & change management skills. Regarding experience and education, we are looking for who have:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field
* Experience in intelligent automation technologies (e.g., RPA, cognitive automation, machine learning, process mining, workflow automation)
* Experience in AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, AI-driven analytics, generative AI)
* Fluent in both Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you have:
* Experience in end-to-end digital transformation delivery, including assessment, design, development, deployment, and scaling of digital solutions
* Experience with security, governance and compliance in digitalization projects, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and sustainable
* Experience leading digital-driven transformation projects, preferably within complex, cross-functional environments (industries like tech, manufacturing, defense, as well as supporting functions such as finance, procurement, project management and quality)
* Understanding of transformation and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Change Management, Design thinking) and how they integrate with digitalization initiatives

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
