What you will do
In this role you will be working in an area that is developing and supporting our current and future IT solutions in the truck cab manufacturing area for the Umeå plant.
We are in the middle of a transformation journey with the focus to transform and modernize our overall IT landscape, from a majority of local solutions to GTO Target Map, global Solutions. We are supporting the Volvo Group's digital ambitions.
Key responsibilities:
* Line managing app. 15 IT professionals, organized in Stable Teams
* Collaborating closely with the Digital Product Manager (DPM) and the DPM conversation circle to set and implement strategy and roadmap for delivery.
* Promoting and supporting agile transformation.
* Develop a strong and motivated team.
* Leading in talent acquisition, development, and retention.
* Develop the team's skills and capacity for both short and long-term goals.
* Managing stakeholders effectively.
* Secure product quality meets compliance, budget, and service level agreements.
* Promoting an environment of openness, honesty, and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
You will be part of the Digital Delivery GTO Europe & Brazil Manufacturing Management Team, driving the agenda of modernization and future solutions. This includes transformation, from local- to global solutions and development of Umeå specific capabilities and value streams.
Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment. You also have a strong quality focus and a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set for our unit, understanding how these contribute to the Volvo Group vision and strategy.

Required key competencies:
* Previous experience in leadership positions.
* Fluent in Swedish and English
* Experience in leading Agile transformations and implementing agile methodologies.
