Job description
Espresso House is looking to improve its Digital Marketing capabilities and is looking for a world class team member to strengthen this important area. We are going to build our digital marketing area with focus on performance marketing in social medias, and we want you in the driver's seat. We need a person to spearhead this area in terms setting of overall strategy and analytical follow-up. Someone who is creative and with its analytical mind set activates the market.
We believe that the applicant to this position has professional experience with data driven digital marketing. You should have experience from working with paid digital marketing with a strong ROI-mindset preferably for an e-commerce player or similar. Ideally, you have worked at least 3 years for an agency or in-house and have a deep understanding of social media marketing and experience from working with the biggest advertising platforms.
You will report to the Head of Digital Sales and will be a part of a fun and dynamic team working to improve the overall Digital experience for our guests. You will work at Espresso House Group helping all countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Germany) to reach their goals. As a person, you are creative, smart, have high ambitions and an entrepreneurial mindset - just as the rest of the team.
Key activities
Build, plan and execute Espresso House Digital performance marketing on social medias
Measure and report on the performance of paid digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with other functions
Run A/B tests and optimize spend and performance based on analytical insights
Stay up to date with the latest technology, best practices and trends
Build measurable brand awareness through our digital channels
Brainstorm new and creative digital growth strategies and test and evaluate new channels, tools and marketing
Qualifications and requirements
Experience from planning and executing digital marketing strategies
Hands on experience in various performance marketing
Strong analytical mindset
High level of professionalism, structure and planning
Relevant academic degree
Self-motivated team player with an ability to exceed in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment
