In order to further strengthen the organization's abilities to meet todays and future challenges, Volvo Cars is now looking for a Digital Internal Control Team Leader. Join us and be part of Volvo Cars' journey into the future.

What you 'll do:

You will be responsible to develop and manage a cross functional Digital internal control Team ranging across group functions such as legal, security, compliance, IT operations and the business. You will also be responsible for improving, managing and monitoring the internal control system primarily by planning and coordinating self-assessments and independent digital internal control reviews.

* Accountable for monitoring and reporting compliance issues to management.
* Facilitate risk based decisions across the group by ensuring transparency into the management of IT and privacy risks.
* Ensure that Volvo Car Group is compliant with applicable laws and regulations by close collaboration with other group functions such as compliance and legal.
* Key contact for coordination with internal and external auditor to facilitate audit requirements.

Do you fit the profile?

Competence and experience is important, but personality is key! We are looking for someone who is passionate and engaged, has excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with a network of colleagues. Experience from working with multinational organizations is required. You are a self-starter, willing to take ownership and drive initiatives to resolution and to be successful in this role you have significant experience:

* Of IT internal control and data privacy, preferably 10+ years of relevant experience
* In key decision making in complex organization

* In leadership, preferably previous staff responsibilities

* In process improvements and in developing policies, procedures and controls/governance related to IT and Privacy

* In regulatory compliance and experience from working with relevant regulations, such as GDPR

* In depth knowledge and experience with applicable industry frameworks and security standards, e.g. ISO 27001, NIST Cyber Security Framework (NIST CSF), Cloud Security Alliance (CSA)
* Privacy, Security and Audit certifications such as, CIPP/E, CISSP and CISA is preferred.
