We are now helping our client, a major airline, to find an experienced Digital Growth Lead.

As part of our cients new inhouse Digital Strategy & Engagement department within Digital & IT, you will be one of the guiding stars to implement a true digital-first approach throughout our client. As a Digital Growth Lead you will contribute to setting the foundation and framework for supporting and coaching leaders while assessing areas of development needed in their dedication to becoming an airline with absolute integration between business, people, and technology.

Responsibilities include

• Strategy & Growth Leadership: Inspire and enable leaders in setting up strategies, roadmaps and OKRs/goals with their teams.

• Transformational Coaching: Provide mentorship and guidance to leaders to foster an innovative and resilient mindset in complex scenarios.

• Collaborative Facilitation: Facilitate workshops and development retrospectives with leaders, promoting effective communication, collaboration, and strategic problem solving.

• Continuous Learning: Contribute to crafting a strategy for continuous learning and reflection within Digital & IT leadership to transform our skillsets in our digital organization.

• Change Management: Providing leadership change management guidance and frameworks for complex digital transformations and evolving operating models.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive a cultural shift within Digital & IT leadership that encourages One Team, collaboration, and communication, moving us toward our shared objectives.

• Documentation & Reporting: Establish and monitor metrics for tracking our growth development, providing regular reports/documentation to Digital leadership, and recommending adjustments as needed.

Skill requirements

• Proven experience as a Leadership Coach in digital organizations.

• Deep understanding of change management methodologies, complexity theory and their practical application.

• Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and guide leaders through change.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong experience establishing frameworks for change management & continuous learning in organizations.

• Experience in the airline industry or other complex, regulated environments is a plus.

About the assignment
For this assignment you will be hired as a consultant by Digitalenta. We offer our consultants a generous package including healthcare allowance, insurance policy, paid vacation days and pension savings. In addition, you'll also have a dedicated consultant manager available throughout your employment with us, in addition to optional networking activities with our network of consultants.

The assignment is part-time 50% and for a period 8/1 2024 - 14/6 2024, with possible extension.
