Task assignment
As Digital Content Marketing Manager you'll be responsible for ensuring that Marketing & Communications deliver results, globally. Your key objectives are to optimize marketing and coms execution towards ROMI, providing and distributing role- or task-based, relevant content throughout the pre-purchase customer journey by selecting the best tools and channels. You will work together with key stakeholders within IAR Systems to identify, develop and publish content. Your work tasks include a mix of strategic work, operational content, and campaign production. You will work with KPIs including SEO ranking globally, followers/engagement, downloaded assets, newsletter, email marketing performance, improvement in crucial conversion elements, and improving pipeline management.
Furthermore, you'll be responsible for partner marketing and programs and work with the Sr Product Marketing Managers to develop programs for different types and tiers of partners. You will become a significant part of developing and forming the IAR Systems marketing agenda. You have budget responsibility.
• Day-to-day management of the agency relationships
• Content production and campaign execution
• Responsible for paid media (KPI depending on objective)
• Responsible for communications to existing contacts as well as attracting new followers on social media
• Responsible for cost vs. performance, selecting and operating digital marketing tools, plug-ins, agencies, etc.
Education and experience
• 4 - 6 years experience in content and campaign production/realization, preferably from an IT company
• Experience in running and producing campaigns with partners
• Experience from one or more: Epi-server, Pardot, InDesign, Google Analytics + Search Console, Social Media Campaign Managers
• Knowledge of paid digital media, marketing automation, SoMe (organic), SEO, copy, design
• Fluency in English, written and verbal

Location: Office is located in Uppsala. Remote work is allowed. You preferably live in the surrounding areas which makes it easy for you to access the office when needed.
