For this role, strong leadership and experience in leading cross-functional teams on global level, is necessary. As well as experience in Digital area or digital transformation at a global level. You will need profound project management knowledge and proven track record, creating and implementing action plans, providing clear directions and following up on goals on global level.

Your responsibilities
As the Digital Channel Performance Manager, you will lead the coordination of e-commerce operations, customer, and business performances within Ingka and act as a speaking partner to counterparts in Ingka and markets to ensure a harmonized "One Ingka" approach. You will have two teams reporting to you.
You will also be leading the Ingka contribution to defining a common IKEA point of view of excellence e-commerce operations, acting as a convener, and managing multiple stakeholders and perspectives.
Some of the job specific tasks:
• Initiate systematic follow-up and reporting on the progress of the e-commerce operations, customer and business performances, and developments
• Collaborate with different Ingka functions regarding main market needs regarding e-commerce operations, online customer meeting, and key growth potential areas
• Co-lead and build an Ecommerce @ network of experienced colleagues from across Ingka functions and markets
• Create easy access and understanding of E-commerce Business Operations, E-commerce Performances, and key customer barriers/pain points across all IKEA markets
The role is permanent and is located in Malmö, Hubhult. It reports to the Selling Manager, Market Support.
