Then this part time position as Student Digital Assistant in our Global Digital Marketing team at Atos Medical might be the right next career development for you.
About the role
You will become a part of a newly created Digital Marketing team forming how we digitally serve our users and the health care community. Our aim is to get the right content to the right people at the right time. Within the Digital Marketing team, we contribute to grow our customer base through lead generation, lead nurturing, cross-sell campaigns, as well as provide relevant communication to our existing customers and partners through our digital channels.
You will be part of an entrepreneurial, informal yet ambitious work environment in which international teams work together to continuously grow and develop the business. You are expected to come in from day one ready to contribute and jump into the deep end learn by trial and error. You will have great opportunities to develop both professionally and personally.
You will be a member of the Global Digital Marketing team consisting of three people and the Global Marketing team consisting of 15 members across seven nationalities. The job is located at our HQ in Hyllie, Malmö, Sweden.
Your responsibilities
• Update web content on our 25+ websites and Atos MyLife app
• Keep services fresh: New content will be developed on an ongoing basis. You will upload the content assets to Wordpress and the app 's custom CMS
• Keep events up to date: We do events at a global scale. You will be responsible for keeping them up to date on our website
• Tweak existing content: Product descriptions and other minor tweaks will have to be implemented across platforms
• Manage bugs that are reported; you will have to identify if you can solve them or if our IT support agency is needed. Tickets that are submitted should be monitored and stakeholders should be informed about progress
• Manage change requests as new ideas for content and / or features come in. You will together with the Global Paid Search & Platform Manager keep our digital roadmap up to date
• Update H1 tags, alt descriptions, file name conventions, file sizes, descriptions etc.
• Report on web, app, event ROI and email flow data at regular intervals by analyzing data sources in Google Analytics, SEMRush, Salesforce, Firebase, Zoom, email systems.
• Create, administer, and report on campaign lead generation and nurturing email flow ensuring that the recipient gets the email needed per previous action in the journey.
• Create website registration forms from multiple platforms including Zoom - some with login functionality and some not.
• For those with global healthcare website login, provide username and passwords when the systems prompts for this.
• Update lost passwords and adding users through the website interface.
• Upload webinar recordings for internal view (MS Teams) and external view (YouTube/Vimeo) and embed the latter into website (WordPress).

• Strong interest in web technology/digital trends
• Professional writing and speaking fluency in English
• At least three-year high school, a minimum of one year left of academic education
• Experienced with coordinating people and logistics
• Experience with Wordpress is a must and Salesforce/Webinar/Email systems is desired
• Exceptional attention to detail, processes and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to drive project independently
• Stay calm under pressure, resilient to setbacks
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
