We set the digital agenda to keep IKEA leading in an uncertain and fast-moving environment. We drive the development, provision and operation of our digital products and services through the use of new and existing technology and agile delivery methods to deliver at pace. At the same time, we provide a home for digital skills to both develop and extend the technical, people and business skills needed to ensure continuous development and growth of our digital capability. Co-lead the retail area with the corresponding Retail Area Manager in Ingka to develop the business together and set the strategic direction, based on the IKEA Retail Direction. Through the team, lead and steer the development, implementation and operation of digital products within a retail area for IKEA that excite our customers/co-workers and support the overall growth of IKEA in a fast developing digital world. To lead, coach and develop the teams within the Retail area to have a common approach and direction.

In Growth and Marketing, we have the objective to create customer demand, engagement and loyalty with the IKEA brand by amplifying the commercial offer.
What you need to have:
Deep understanding of Digital and Product Development best practice
Deep understanding of how to lead, develop, define, plan and execute a roadmap to meet business requirements together with relevant stakeholders
Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering successful digital products, strategies and roadmaps
Deep knowledge and practical understanding of assessing and optimising digital customer experience.
Deep understanding of how to build and lead high performing teams
Able to "live in the future" and ensure product strategy drives towards exceeding future customer needs
Knowledge of the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many
Minimum of 10 years' experience in Product Management, Engineering, Digital or Product Strategy leadership role
Demonstrable relevant knowledge of technology and/or software engineering within relevant area.
Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile working set-up
Demonstrable experience of building and leading high performing teams, working effectively within a matrix organization
Strong documented leadership and people development skills
Experience with leading in change
Experience in retail
Preferred: Experience in a management role with a similar team size and impact
Preferred: Knowledge of IKEA Brand, culture, values and way of working
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written
