DESIGNERQuixel is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Designer to join their rapidly growing team.Responsibilities· Work as part of and help build the Quixel design team principles and pipelines· Communicate with product and front-end, to understand feature requests, design UX and UI, and follow up on the implementation· Communicate with Marketing to help keep the Quixel brand and communication consistent and inspiring across channelsRequirements· Bachelor's degree preferred · 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design · Confidence to take feedback, evaluate criticism on a professional level· Multi-tasking expert and comfortable working on multiple assets/projects · Maintain production deadlines and/or communicate any scheduling concerns with the team· Excellent communication skills· Great leadership and problem-solving qualities· Advanced technical skills in MS Office· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple calendars including coordination across multiple time zones· Proactive and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities· Attention to detail is essential· Polite and personable, a team player· Can-do attitude with a solution-oriented approach· High proficiency in spoken and written English· Familiarity with task tracking and management toolsPluses · Experience working in the software and game industry· Experience leading a small team· Has delivered several AAA game titles · Self-motivated to explore new software to emerging technologiesQuixel ProductsQuixel Megascans (including Megascans Bridge) - an industry-leading library of scanned assets based on real-world scan data.Quixel Mixer - a revolutionary tool leveraging scan data to empower artists and improve their workflow.Quixel Suite (NDO, DDO, 3DO) - a comprehensive detailing and texturing toolset.
