Would you like play an essential part in scaling Design Operations, to make sure that our designers have the conditions they need in terms of methods, processes, tools and community support. Are you the one who has all the pencils in a straight line with even spaces on your table? Sorted by colour of spectre? Or by length? Then take a look at this.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Support our designers to organize their tools and methods so they can perform better at their everyday design work, by further developing the and scaling design operations.

• Be part of a large design community enabling product and channel design in Swedbank's digital channels

• Contribute to the workplace atmosphere and act as a bearer of culture in the Design community

• Plan and support in organizing events such as trainings, inspirational events, group meetings, social activities etc

• Perform administrative tasks related to Design Operations such as bookings, license management, updating registers, managing events, updating wikis, etc

• Support new designers with on-boarding routines and actively support in the on-boarding process when needed.

• Develop your own skills alongside with many talented colleagues and design professionals.

What is needed in this role:
Relevant education

• Academic degree not necessary. Education in design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, cognitive science or other relevant discipline is a merit.

Relevant working experience

• Experience from project management or similar roles

• Experience from working in design organizations or organizations with big and organized design community

Critical competencies

• A capacity to take charge, tackle problems and get things done

• Good task management skills

• A basic sense of UX/CX design process

• Great people skills

Language skills

Proficient English, spoken and written. Local language might be required depending on the job content and location.
