The Central Team for Spareparts & Accessories is responsible for managing the supply of goods from External Suppliers and Husqvarna factories to sales companies and distributors.



As Demand & Supply Planner you play a key role in the interface between our factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors. In the team, you will work with 14 experienced team-members, and Team Spirit is a key for success.


Areas of responsibility
• Secure delivery performance from our Central Warehouse in Jönköping as well as from our 3 Regional Distribution Centers in Europe,according to targets in order to serve our customers' expectations
• Provide forecasts and orders to factories/suppliers on a regular basis and monitor delivery performance
• Analyze forecasts to ensure that factories/suppliers are provided with the correct information
• Be in close contact with factories/suppliers and inform organization on supply plans / deviations
• Inventory management
• Agree and follow up on flexibility levels with factories/suppliers
• In case bottlenecks, ensure fair supply according to agreed allocation
• Coordinate product phase in/out
• Direct contact to sales companies connected to central/regional warehouses
• Handle claims and goods returns
• Develop and improve current processes

Qualifications
We require someone who has a university degree in logistics or economics and is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It's a strong merit if you have international experience in this area but it's not required.
As a person you should be target oriented and used to taking initiatives and decisions. You should also be analytical, structured and thorough. Being service minded and flexible is natural for you. The work includes creating long-term relationships and co-operation with suppliers and colleagues within Husqvarna Group.


Location & Timing
This is a temporary position until February 2018 and is located at our Huskvarna office.
