About the job
As part of our Demand Generation team, you will be instrumental in the customer-centric, data-led and scalable marketing planning and execution machinery. And we collaborate across the marketing team to make this happen! The team of marketers within demand generation works closely together with the content marketing team, sales development, and sales teams to be the bridge and facilitators to get the right message out, to the right target group, at the right time. This requires that you have a good understanding of lead generation methods and tactics, as well as value-based sales, and the buyer's journey.

The role includes a responsibility to for instance create persona-based, or industry-based marketing programs to support and facilitate lead generation across channels. (To start off, we're looking to do this efficiently in the Nordic countries.) You are also responsible for the execution of these programs which includes supporting attracting new prospects and supporting their buyer's journey. Furthermore, you will also:

• Develop and execute local outreach campaigns in various channels (e.g. email, social media, digital and physical events), to support the sales pipeline.

• Collaborate closely with the regional sales & sales development team to research and coordinate how you approach and attract new groups of prospects.

• Develop nurture programs - to be executed through the marketing automation tool. This includes teaming up with the awesome content team to create content elements and communications as part of the overall marketing plan you set.

• Work with the Customer Success teams to work out the optimal communications plan for customers to facilitate customer retention and potential upsell.

About you
To succeed and thrive in this role you have worked in a similar role in a commercial department for a few years and probably have specific marketing experience from a B2B company and an international context, preferably within the tech and/or software industry. You do also have experience developing and executing marketing programs (e.g. SEM Google Ads, paid social media, and programmatic advertising)

Furthermore, our wish list for you as a candidate is as follows:

• Experience working with a CRM system (we work in Hubspot, so if you have experience with that, it's a big plus!)

• Experience working with Google Ads

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within nearby industries

• Experience in channel marketing is a plus!

This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English, and knowledge of another language would be an awesome addition!
