Job Description
Are you passionate about leading digital transformation with real business impact? Do you thrive in global complexity, and love turning ideas into structured action? In the role as Delivery Lead, you won't just manage timelines and deliverables, you'll drive some of our most strategic HR tech initiatives, including the rollout of our global salary review tool and futureproofing how we handle compensation data. You'll lead initiatives across time zones, tech teams and HR functions as well as operate in one of the world's most expansive HR tech environments.

Key responsibilities:
Lead and deliver large scale digital HR projects with global reach, from concept to implementation.
Act as a connector between HR and Tech, translating needs into system solutions.
Apply both agile and traditional project management methods.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams.
Drive clarity around scope, goals, timelines and governance.
Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and steer progress in an evolving landscape.
Contribute to smarter, more sustainable ways of working across delivery and change.
Qualifications
We believe you are a structured doer with a strategic mind - someone who thrives in navigating both complexity and ambiguity, and who brings people together to get things done. To succeed in this role, you likely bring:
Proven experience leading large scale digital projects, ideally within HR or enterprise tech environments.
Hands-on knowledge of both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
The ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal leadership.
Experience working in global, matrix organizations, and navigating the challenges that come with it.
A background in or passion for HR processes and systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar is a plus).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across seniority levels and cultures.
A pragmatic mindset, with an eye for both long-term and short-term realities.
Fluent in English.
