We at Global Load Out Solutions AB are now looking for a Dealer Development Manager to join our team. Global Load Out Solutions AB was established in 2022 and is owned by Volvo Construction Equipment. Our mission is to accelerate the commercialization of a set of Volvo innovations within material logistics in the process of loading out masses. At Global Load Out Solutions, we are convinced that every ton counts! Therefore, we want to contribute to the change in the building and construction industry through tailor-made, easy-to-use, digital services that make work easier and society more sustainable - starting today. What do we offer you?

In Global Load Out Solutions we are exploring several channels to meet our customers: both direct sales and sales through third parties. As Dealer Development Manager you will work with our initial steps to investigate new international markets and find third party companies for us collaborate with. The aim is to create a dealer network for our products to be marketed and sold through. We will continuously work on the expansion of this area and grow internationally step by step. You will be working with all aspects of this journey; market analysis, finding and communicating with the right type of partners/dealers, contractual set-up, train and support to the dealers - so what are your ideas on how to do this in an efficient way? You work together with our Business Development manager with content/sales messaging and supporting our marketing management. You will be part of co-creating our path with a large degree of freedom in a dynamic and international environment.

As our new Dealer Development Manager we think you will be based in Lund, where we have our office, but for the perfect candidate match we are willing to discuss alternative location.

Who we think you are

We believe that you have experience from Dealer development in an international environment, where you have worked with the chain from market and company analysis to agreements with dealers. We believe you have a university degree in combination with experience from B2B technical sales. You are comfortable to work in both Swedish and English, we would like to see that you have one more of the big European languages in your portfolio. We would love for you to have a background in the building and construction business. Winning confidence and building relations comes natural to you. You would describe yourself as both analytical and practical. You have a strong self-drive and want to have an impact in the organization you chose to belong to.
