Dealer Business Support Agent
Main responsibilities:
• Direct contact with users and customers from Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland)
• Solving incidents that appear in Volvo Dealer's and Workshop's applications (business knowledge needed)
• Working according to established rules and procedures as a member of DBS Nordic (registering, closing, monitoring and follow-up incidents)
• Working in accordance with ITIL and Global DBS Best Practices
• Coach Front Desk agents to ensure continuous improvements of the service quality
• Ensure quality and up to date Knowledge Base
• Occasionally coordinate new support activities

Wanted profile:
As a person you have to be analytical, a team player and have a positive and service minded attitude. It is also absolute necessary that you are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English. You have the ability to take on tasks, apply solutions, understand documentation and follow routines as well as implementing solutions and making sure that each and every case is handled professionally.
You are a self-going driving force and service minded with customer focus. You like structure and are solution oriented with a holistic view.
Required competencies:
• proficient in Swedish and English
• Finish language will be an additional asset
• 5+ years of experience as an Application Support agent
• knowledge of ServiceNow
• ability to work independently
• self-learning, self-exploration
• good communication skills
