You will be a part of the Adapters Team, which is responsible for our custom integrations and adaptations to new markets. Adapters is a cross competence development team, dedicated to achieve outstanding results and highest customer satisfaction.
We are now looking for a developer with a strong interest in database development! You will work together with other developers and database specialists and will be involved throughout the whole development process, from design and development to implementation, test and fine tuning. You will work in a diverse team with people from a variety of different backgrounds, complementing each other in order tackle challenging tasks.
About you
To succeed in the role, you should be familiar working in an Agile setting and be accustomed to perform in a fast-paced and diverse environment alongside dedicated teammates. It is important that you collaborate well in a team and are able to develop good relationships with your co-workers. You are sensitive toward client needs and possess the ability to envision the bigger picture. You are enthusiastic about what you do, taking own initiatives while continuously striving towards improving the way of work.
The ideal candidate have the following skill-set:
Development experience (preferably Java)
SQL experience (any flavour)
Experience as a SQL database developer is an advantage
Database tuning experience
Good troubleshooting ability
Experience working with MS SQL Server is an advantage
Experience working with transaction intensive databases is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in spoken and written English"
