Job Description

Our product area is called Analytics and Data Platforms, and our teams are responsible for all data processing, reporting and advanced analytics capabilities across the whole value chain. This means tons of data and illimited learning opportunities. We welcome applications from varied backgrounds in data and analytics.
About the position
You will join the product area and according to your interests, experience and competencies, will work with one of our product teams. You and your team leverage modern software engineering principles and cloud services to build robust data solutions for our entire value-chain, in production, logistics, sales, marketing and others. We hope you appreciate working in autonomous teams, have a hands-on attitude and believe that no challenge is too big if we have the right support and tools in place.
We appreciate a multitude of technical backgrounds but we believe you enjoy working here if you're passionate about data. It's all about the data! Backend data, extraction, transformation, models, architecture and governance. Figuring things out, solving problems. Building new solutions from ground up. These are all things that really give you extra energy at work and perhaps things that you believe are the best part of a job.
We are looking for you who
Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers in Product Teams to find and understand the data they need
Maintain a deep knowledge of one or more data domains (e.g. Customer, Marketing, Master data etc.)
Advice the users of our data on how to use it, the quality of it and its contents .
Structure and document our data as well as onboard new data in collaboration with Data Engineers. Keep yourself up to speed on changes in the landscape/products that affect the data in the domain
Perform data modeling, or support data modeling activities, to create logical data models*
Support with root cause analysis of incidents related to data
Analyze the information gathered and review ETL design to present to the Stakeholders of the BI Team.
Extracting source data through Integrations and transferring it into the warehousing environment.
Ensuring that architectural solutions met technical and functional requirements.
Scrutinizing change requests to determine the magnitude of work done and estimating the level of effort.
Qualifications
You are a team player, solution-driven and open-minded, with a passion for continuous improvement and automation
Excellent communication skills.
Solid track record in data - business intelligence/ advanced analytics environments and great knowledge in data warehousing.
Solid software architecture skills, keen to leverage patterns to write code which is resilient, scalable, and maintainable
Strong Experience with Backend ETL Tools, SQL and Frontend Reporting.
Experience in ETL Tool-Informatica is a added advantage.
You have experience working in agile teams, and using supporting tools such as JIRA/ServiceNow is a plus.
Experience as Scrum Master is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English, Swedish is a plus
Tools and software used in the team: Azure Synapse, Informatica Powercenter, Netezza, SQL Server, Python, GIT, Azure Devops ,Jira ,ServiceNow and many others.
