The team
Becoming increasingly data-driven is at the core of our brand and we are now investing heavily in our data and analytics capabilities. We are offering an opportunity for a highly motivated, structured and organised data management expert to join our Stockholm-based Analytics department, reporting to the Head of Data. You will be an integral part of helping Kambi reach the growth targets set up for the coming years by maximizing the value of our data, contributing to raising the data maturity of the business and driving the data governance agenda. Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Data in implementation of the data management best practices, values and culture that will help data teams work and collaborate more effectively.
Design, implement and maintain process framework to secure that data and analytics assets are documented from business and regulatory context perspective.
Develop a strong expertise and drive operational roll out of the metadata management tool stack to support our ambition for data democratization.
Advocate for new and enhanced data quality standards and contribute to optimization of corresponding processes on business side.
Provide continuous support and advice to stakeholders in respect of data management related matters.
Facilitate collaboration between functions and organisational units to ensure an effective way of working towards accessible, accurate, secure, consistent and high-quality data.

Skills and experience:
Previous experience with data management as a discipline along with exposure to data governance concepts, best practices and tools.
Demonstrated ability to perform job responsibilities collaboratively as well as independently, and effectively in a demanding environment.
Ability to take ownership and drive implementation of the data management tool stack across several departments.
Strong stakeholder management at all levels.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to meet business needs.
Prior experience in process mapping and business process design considered an advantage.

We believe the successful candidate has:
3+ years working in a similar role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in data-related subject
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical mind and a passion for application of data
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with both business and technical minded colleagues
Positive attitude towards challenges and proactively solving problems
