As a Data Insights & Analytics Leader, you guide co-workers and execute operational strategies to provide data insights and analytical services that help achieve business goals. With advanced change management skills, an understanding of Ingka business operations, and a passion for people analytics, you leverage digital advancements to enhance data-driven strategies. With advanced training in data analytics or 8+ years of experience, you appreciate the blend of strategic thinking and operational execution that drives meaningful business impact.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Data Insights & Analytics Leader, your expertise in utilizing complex data within large-scale organizations, along with knowledge of HR steering systems, allows you to drive informed decision-making.
• Analyse data, identify trends, opportunities and risks, collaborate with stakeholders, and share insights to support the achievement of operational goals and objectives.
• Execute operational requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to integrate data analytics into business decision making, supporting the roll out of relevant global initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain data analytics service delivery models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data accuracy, availability, as well as confidentiality standards that comply with all relevant legislation, regulations, agreements and Ingka group policies and procedures to be applied to data analytics.
• Define and develop the process related to people analytics and take proactive actions to guide the business based on insights. Identify best practices, share them systematically, and promote these across the people's insight community to ensure continuous improvements. Provide guidance and expertise in metrics and data related process development and ensure a solid base for decision making in People & Culture.
