Vem söker vi?
Who are we looking for:
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish, Danish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in customer service for the Danish market and good experience in handling customer enquiries via phone and email
• Experience in working with SAP is a plus

Vad innebär rollen?
What the role entails:
As a Danish-speaking customer service representative, you will be a valuable member of the team and will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Answering questions and providing support to Danish customers via phone and email
• Handling incoming customer enquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
• Collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
• Following up with existing customers
The work is fast-paced and you will be handling multiple concurrent tasks simultaneously. You will be providing service over the phone and email, placing orders, handling complaints, planning, and resolving issues. You are responsible for ensuring that your cases are resolved and that the customer is kept informed throughout the process.
